Contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, chosen subject and the text of your message. We use the data only to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry or, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (for example a team application or sponsorship).

We store messages in the Supabase database (servers in the EU) and deliver them by e-mail via the Resend service (USA) to our Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data is transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

We keep messages for a maximum of 3 years, both in the database and in our mailbox.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your e-mail address, the date and time of subscription, the wording of the consent given, the website language and the place on the website where you subscribed. We use the data only to send the newsletter.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the subscription form. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link included in every e-mail, or by e-mail to the address given above.

We store addresses in the Supabase database (servers in the EU) and send e-mails via the Resend service (USA), which processes them for us as a processor. If you reply to the newsletter, your reply arrives in our Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data is transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

We keep your e-mail address only until you unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, we delete it from our database immediately and you will not receive any further newsletters.

Website security

To protect against spam and password guessing, we process IP addresses and e-mail addresses entered in forms only in the form of a fingerprint (hash) and keep them for no longer than 24 hours.

The forms on the website are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which verifies that they are submitted by a human; in doing so it processes your IP address and technical browser data. Data is transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We always use essential cookies because the website does not work without them. We only set analytics cookies with your consent.

Data is transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
